Born in England but raised in Hong Kong, Susie Wilkins was barely 16 years old when she first performed at the Hong Kong Fringe Club's 'Open Mic Night' ten years ago. That, and subsequent performances at various live venues in Hong Kong, London and Shanghai garnered rave reviews and support from fans and critics alike, and Wilkins courted several major record labels.

Wilkins released her first album 'Half Empty' in Hong Kong in 2001 on her own label.Despite receiving warm reviews, both from her fans and in the press, Wilkins was convinced she still hadn't found her true sound.

From 2001 to the present, Wilkins has been locked away in her home studio, teaching herself the ropes, with the hopes of being able to produce an EP that truly reflects her diverse influences.
